High Sheriff's award for Safer Kent Director

The High Sheriff of Kent, Hugo Fenwick, presented the High Sheriff’s awards at Leeds Castle on the 12/03/2015.

Bryn Price was awarded a Special Award for his work with the community of Kent. As Trust Director he has helped many community groups start-up and develop their activities into vital parts of the community in Kent and Medway. The High Sheriff also mentioned the part played in the establishing the Inclusion Programmes that help young people to develop life skills through the medium of sport. These programmes range from the Judo based Fighting Chance Inclusion Programmes, through rugby programmes at local schools and clubs to the Fit 4 Life programmes run at Maidstone United Football Club.

Bryn was accompanied at the event by his wife, Sandra, the Trust Administrator Mrs Jane Haslam and the programme directors from the judo and football programmes, Paul Squires and Mike Cogger.
