The Trust holds over £180,000.00 in reserves and allocates about £60,000.00 in grants per year
There are 14 trustees, one ex-officio nominated by the Kent Police Authority, the High Sheriff of Kent, with up to 12 others being elected at the AGM for a three year period. They may be re-elected for another three year period.

The Present Board of Trustees is chaired by Nigel Wheeler, Ann Barnes represents the Kent Police Authority, Supt Neil Jerome represents the Chief Constable and Peregrine Massey the High Sheriff is an ex-offico Trustee as part of his year of Office.

Other Trustees are: Angela Proger,Tim Pomfret, Alexa Kersting-Woods, Andrew Wells, Matthew Gurney,Cllr Avtar Sandhu, MBE, Stuart Beaumont, Jane Rogers and Laura Cox.
